REQUIREMENTS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and Maintain Systems:Design, develop, and manage web applications and internal systems for operations.Handle both front- end and back- end development.
Contribute to Technology Strategy:Propose technological improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Research and apply new technologies aligned with company goals.
Enhance User Experience:Build user- friendly and intuitive web interfaces, optimizing customer experience.Integrate services and APIs to synchronize data across systems.
Support and Maintenance:Troubleshoot technical issues and perform system upgrades as needed.Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Skills and Experience:At least 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front- end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).Experience with back- end programming languages like Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Personal Traits and Soft Skills:Strong independent and team collaboration skills.Logical thinking, creativity, and the ability to solve problems effectively.Good communication skills and the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.Background in ERP or e- commerce systems is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit and Documentation:Prepare documents and coordinate with auditors during annual audits.Maintain organized and secure accounting records for easy retrieval.
Financial Management:Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers.Reconcile accounts receivable and payable regularly.
Budgeting and Reporting:Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.Generate regular financial reports for management review.
Tax Compliance:Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.).Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Misa, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Office (Excel).Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage.Experience in working with e- commerce or logistics companies is a plus.Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
