Operations Support cum Communications Coordinator (part- time)
Operations team, DigiUni, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Location: 602/45G Điện Biên Phủ, Phường 22, Bình Thạnh, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

**Working on Saturdays & Sundays is a must / Taking 2 days off on weekdays.
** Main working shifts starts from 5pm to 9pm on weekdays / 8am- 5pm or 1- 9pm on Sat & Sun
RESPONSIBILITIESCustomers Care 60%
- Greeting customers and providing all the needed info like booklets, brochures
- Answering hotline calls/inbox chat messages within the set response time
- Maintaining reporting system related to contracts, groups, school class feedback system
- Being the all- in- one contact point for customers to contact as well as handling all queries/problems/issues to increase customers’ satisfaction.
- Do customer care calls to clients monthly to collect feedback and referrals.
Operational Support 10%
- Collecting attendance reports of students & arranging schedule with Program Director and teaching department
- Issuing customer receipts and processing scans of contracts submitted by sales department
- Updating newly opened class and list of waiting students
Administrative & Social Content tasks 30%
- Maintaining administrative tasks related to in- school supplies, events, facility maintenance
- Working with vendors to prepare for events and support set up events
- Support with social seeding in Facebook groups if assigned by management
- Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College Degree or University Student (this is a part- time position, 22 hours per week, working in shift 5 days/week)
- Be able to work until 9pm on weekdays and work in shifts on Sat & Sun
- Fluent in Vietnamese and intermediate or higher level of English
- High interest as a Client Relationship oriented person
- Problem- solving skills & attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships with current customers and new customers
- Customer- oriented mindset
