JOB DESCRIPTION
· Uploading and updating our social media content and videos
· Assisting with design work, and supporting office operations
· Social media tasks will involve joining different marketplaces to reach expat parents, introducing shout- outs by our judges, and ensuring daily uploads.
· Covering administrative tasks while the outreach team is away, providing decision support in the office, and editing videos.
· Translate and interpret events related to the Chinese language
· Additionally, responsibilities will include amending contracts, sending out thank- you letters, and conducting research to target clients effectively.
· Furthermore, the role will entail maintaining contact with clients through after- sales CRM.”
REQUIREMENTS
· Knowing English is an advantage
· Detailed- orientate with strong administration skills.
· Hardworking – Pay attention to details – Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Chinese and Vietnamese
· Comfortable with social media
