JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle communication between Brand Marketing and other inter- departmental functions to ensure the cycle plan is effectively executed and Brand programs are effectively implemented in the field force.
To manage the campaign budget to deliver all the marketing activities, ensure timely evaluation and efficiency against marketing investment.
Track and monitor brand implementation, performance from both internal & external available resources to ensure agreed brand activities are effectively executed and brand issues to be fully captured.
Creative social media plans that attract qualified audiences to our owned properties (including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Zalo).
Compile and prepare documents for Brand projects and brand performance are on time in full.
Monitor external agencies to ensure day- to- day activities related to Brand programs are performed with required quality and agreed cost & timescales as defined in operational Brand plan.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Superior interpersonal and analytical skills.
Travels when required
Experience in managing brand portfolio from big retail
1- 2 years of experience in the in the same position, preferably in retail industry.
Good at English communication
Excellent in writing and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
Professional presentation & negotiation skills
Facebook and other social media platforms knowledge
Strong understanding and knowledge of Brand Strategies in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Local insights: Conduct market research & work closely with retail to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data in new stores opening (NSO) provinces.
Performance Analysis: Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics
NSO Marketing Campaign Management: Coordinate with marketing and retail teams to implement innovative campaigns for NSO.
Work with vendor and pharmacist to implementing POSM and deploying marketing activities for grand opening.
Follow up with internal (MKT) and external team (Retail, Property) for new store opening schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
At least 1 year of experience in similar position
Quick learning, willing to take up challenges. Ability to work in a fast- moving environment.
Must have been adapted for travels when required.
From Degree of Associate&039;s in marketing major
Good knowledge on client management and project management
Outstanding organizing and interpersonal skills. Detailed orientation is a must.

Event Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
EVENT LOGISTICS SUPPORT
Coordinate to prepare necessary materials and supplies (POSM, technical equipment, venue booking,…)
Manage the event inventory, including inventory counting, and transporting materials to event locations.
Ensure all logistical aspects like sound, food, and beverages are ready before the event starts.
Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.
Assist in setting up and organizing event areas such as backdrop, POSM, decorations, ….
Internal order: Ensure constant communication between the accounting team, warehouse team, vendors, and project lead. Generate the cost for the order and process internal shipment for the event.
PAYMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Liaise with vendors to confirm services, submit and follow up all PR/PO/AFP to ensure process payments on time.
Collect and verify invoices and documents related to event expenses.
Maintain and report event expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget and current process.
REQUIREMENTS
Detail- oriented with excellent document and payment handling abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
Willingness to travel and work overtime when needed
At least 1- 2 years of experience in Marketing field.
Good at English communication.
Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management for events.
Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Brand Strategies in Vietnam.
