JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling contracts, acceptant minutes (AM), and other necessary documents.
Making reservations and tracking bookings.
Following up with relevant departments on pending tasks.
Finding potential customers to set up meetings and send quotations.
Performing additional duties as assigned by the Sales Leader/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Open to fresh graduates, no prior experience required.
Strong logical thinking, quick learning ability, and adaptability.
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Video Editor 70%
Create short and long videos for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Film videos, take photos, and edit videos of company events and internal activities to be used as communication materials.
Able to take photos and retouch images.
Prepare post- production and set up scenes.
Support video creation based on requests from the content team.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to propose video content that aligns with marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
Graphic Designer 20%
Basic design of communication materials.
•Support the main designer in creating designs for social media posts.

REQUIREMENTS
• Able to speak in English (Intermediate)
• From 1 to 2 years of experience in the equivalent position, experience in the medical field is a plus
Proficient in using equipment such as cameras, camcorders, lighting, etc.
Skilled in editing with video editing software such as Premiere, CapCut Pro, etc.
Ability to catch up with the latest trends
Positive attitude and willingness to accept newly assigned tasks
•Flexibility, ability to work under high pressure, teamwork skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
Vật tư – trang thiết bị tin học
- Chuẩn bị máy tính/laptop, máy siêu âm, tạo thêm danh sách khám và dịch vụ khi khám ngoại viện.
- Bảo quản và kiểm tra các trang thiết bị tin học thường xuyên (Máy tính, laptop, cáp…).
- Hỗ trợ kết nối thiết bị máy in, máy siêu âm- điện tim – Xquang – Tai Mũi Họng- Xét nghiệm…. với máy tính và phần mềm.
Hệ thống
- Cài đặt hệ điều hành, hỗ trợ người dùng về các vấn đề kỹ thuật IT
- Hỗ trợ team kinh doanh tạo thông tin đoàn khám, gói khám … khi có đoàn khám mới.
- Update liên tục, khắc phục sự cố, đảm bảo hệ thống mạng – đường truyền- camera, máy chủ, phần mềm CNTT được vận hành liên tục, ổn định và bảo mật.
- Đăng ký các tài khoản cần thiết cho người dùng.
Công việc khác: Theo sự phân công công việc của quản lý trực tiếp.
REQUIREMENTS
- Linh hoạt, khả năng chịu được áp lực cao.
- Sức khỏe tốt, thái độ tích cực và sẵn sàng tiếp nhận nhiệm vụ mới được giao.
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin.
