What&039;ll you do

Other requirements assigned by the direct supervisor.
Assist in working with sales team/ CS team to check customers&039; information
Make the call to the old customers and support them if needed
Check messages from customers via email, hotline, and social media…and support to handle related issues

equirements:

Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from economics, business administration, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related fields
Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities
Understanding and using office information technology: work, excel... proficiently is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation mindset
Be able to work full- time/part- time.
Willing- to- learn and Willing- to- do mindset
