Key Accountabilities
Cost management, assessment, and warning of risks affecting cost structure, and room budget;
Building databases, monitoring tables, and analyzing operational indicators according to the requirements of the department;
Provide and monitor solution packages for operations to ensure that the set operating targets are met;
Tracking the company&039;s overall goals, allocating them into appropriate target packages for each level of operational management;
Consulting, providing risk analysis, and operational opportunities for all levels of management;
Cooperate with departments, and coordinate in building and improving operational processes to improve service quality;
Develop and analyze operational and project reports at the request of management levels;
Other tasks to support the management of superiors.
Monitoring, statistics, and analysis of cost structures;
Key Requirements
At least 06 months of experience in managing, building, analyzing operational data or directly managing operations
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive tools
Good communication skills.
Requires basic skills in coding, using software, data solutions (Power BI ...)
Self- study sense, careful work and good presentation ability.
