Main Tasks:
· Other assignment as per team leader request.
· Handle customer requirement indicated in SOP: Timely & amicable settlement of customer issues
· Coordinate with oversea office in order to smooth operation: smooth and timely correspondent, smooth delivery of service.
· Work together with all departments concerned
· Generate necessary reports and information for team leader: Information is accurate and timely
Requirements:
· Final year student can work AT LEAST full 4 days per week (prefer candidate can work 5 days per week) during 6 months (COMPULSORY)
· Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
· Background with Economics, Logistics and Analytics
· Good attitude, hard- working, willing to learn
· Ability to quickly negotiate with customer in a short call
· Good at MS Office
