Note:

This is a 6- month temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Hard- copy and soft file documents storing at customer&039;s office & shared disk
Coordinate with relevant teams for shipment inbound to customer&039;s appointed warehouse
Customs Clearance: Ensure all declared information on E- cus systems have to be 100% correct, matched with shipping documents and follows Customs Regulations as well as customer&039;s Trade Compliance.
Document checking: Import shipping documents check based on historical data & master data
Supports Operations with Customs expertise on legal and customs topics and classification issues
Coordinate documents/ information exchanged with Customs Department/ other internal departments.
Provides compliance guidance to internal/external customers
Shipment tracking & following up: Work directly with Shipper/ Forwarding Agent to follow imported shipments
Reporting: Pending Shipment Daily Report, Weekly Customs Report, Weekly Inbound Expense Report, Monthly Customs Report

Extensive knowledge of Customs Products and the regulatory compliance environment
At least 1- 2 years of experience in Customs Clearance and Forwarding, especially in Certificate of Origin
High degree of written, verbal and organizational skills
Good Microsoft Office skill, especially in Excel and Word
Result- driven & proficient decision- making skills
Diligent attention to details and ability to work under pressure
Good English skills, especially in reading & writing (able to work with abroad partners)
