JOB DESCRIPTION
Establish and maintain strong relationships with target clients. Proactively identify opportunities for additional services, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Coordinate project operations, including receiving briefs, providing briefings, supporting planning, and managing proposal deliverables.
Effectively convey ideas to clients and team members (Design, Media, Content, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of high- quality products and services.
Manage client communications for campaigns, including analysis, reporting, and reviews.
Oversee billing and reporting processes.
Develop and manage projects/programs, such as building proposals, creating implementation plans, establishing evaluation mechanisms, developing client plans, managing budgets, and setting timetables.
Create and drive outreach plans, develop effective messages, manage events, expand contact networks, and deliver compelling pitches.
Take charge of pitching our services to potential customers, showcasing the value proposition and competitive advantages.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have
Strong project management, time management and problem- solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the team&039;s success.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5), with skills in pitching and showcasing services.
At least 2 years of experience in account management, specifically in digital media/marketing, with a solid understanding of media planning and strategy, and some exposure to working with creative/production teams.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Nice to have
Proven success in pitching proposals to clients and winning new business opportunities.
Leadership of a small team.
Knowledge of marketing strategy and experience in creating IMC plans and SEO projects.
