JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Mindset and Never Give Up Delegate all functional tasks
Actively conduct candidate searches according to client expectations
Conduct meetings, discussions and negotiations with clients/candidates on expectations and various requirements for successful contract signing
Support candidates in job placement
Ensure achievement of personal and team goals
Build and maintain good relationships with candidates to gain marketing insights.
Use relationships and ensure trust from clients and candidates
Develop and enrich database, including client and candidate database
Train new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development, etc.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, business performance reports and results achieved to management
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets & deadlines
Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility
Minimum 2 years of experience working in the field of Headhunting, Sales and Talent Acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Good English, especially writing and speaking
Customer service oriented
