JOB DESCRIPTION
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Business Development/ Sales Intern. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high- performing team and will have the following responsibilities:
Analyzing sales funnels as well as each step of the customer journey, and acting upon insights to continually improve performance;
Retain and maintain relationships with current and potential investors and customers;
Work with senior management to forge win- win deals through creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers;
Identify and accumulate potential investors and customers for partnership to drive revenue growth for the company;
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
Able to commit at least 6 months to the internship;
Conversant in English (fluency is a plus).
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Pursuing a bachelor&039;s degree of Business, Finance, Marketing or related majors;
Self- motivated and results- oriented;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Homebase is looking for an ambitious and talented Business Development Executive to join our company. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business for the company&039;s real estate service packages. You will work closely with the Marketing team to identify and qualify leads, the Product team to relay customer feedback for product R&D, and the Sales team to present and close deals.
Upon joining Homebase, you will assume the following responsibilities:
Develop and present sales proposals that highlight the benefits of the company&039;s real estate listing service packages;
Analyze sales funnels and develop strategies to improve customer experience to improve business performance;
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision- makers;
Support the development of new product strategies to increase sales;
Spearheading new customer acquisition and conversion through a variety of channels, including networking, cold calling, and following up on inbound leads;
Track and report on sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS
We expect candidates to fulfill the following criteria:
Professional at all times as the "face" of the Company;
Full professional fluency in both Vietnamese and English;
Able to build rapport with customers;
Highly motivated and proactive.
Passionate about business development/sales and driving revenue growth for the Company;
Strong problem- solving and critical thinking skills;
Based in HCMC;
Bachelor&039;s degree;
At least 1+ years of direct sales experience in any industry;
