JOB DESCRIPTION
About this role
As a Senior Art Director, you will be a key creative force, expected to think strategically, conceptually, and visually. You will be responsible for shaping and executing powerful visual narratives across Brand identity & Brand campaigns, serving clients in both Scandinavia and Vietnam.
We expect you to be a leader, a thinker and a doer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive compelling visual concepts, key visuals, campaign ideas and content across multiple formats.
Develop purposeful, meaningful, impactful brand identity
Own the creative process from initial brief to final execution, ensuring excellence at every stage.
Push the boundaries of creativity all time.
Ensure all creative work is delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic objectives.
Mentor and guide junior and mid- level designers, elevating the overall quality of the team output.
Collaborate with Vietnam creatives and Denmark creatives.
Lead the visual direction of campaigns, delivering fresh, innovative, and on- brand designs.
Maintain a strong understanding of design trends, emerging technologies, and digital platforms to keep work fresh and relevant.
Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Designers, and Creative Lead.

REQUIREMENTS
Bằng cấp:
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và cố vấn mạnh mẽ, có thành tích dẫn dắt các nhóm sáng tạo hướng tới sự xuất sắc.
Kinh nghiệm tốt trong việc tận dụng các công cụ AI
Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm Giám đốc nghệ thuật tại các công ty xây dựng thương hiệu VÀ công ty quảng cáo hàng đầu.
Kinh nghiệm đã được chứng minh trong việc hình thành ý tưởng và thực hiện nhận diện thương hiệu và các chiến dịch sáng tạo từ đầu đến cuối.
Sự kết hợp giữa kinh nghiệm trong các công ty xây dựng thương hiệu và công ty quảng cáo.
Danh mục đầu tư mạnh mẽ giới thiệu một loạt các tác phẩm trực quan chất lượng cao, có tác động trên toàn bộ nhận diện thương hiệu và các chiến dịch thương hiệu
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
Thoải mái làm việc dưới áp lực và quản lý thời hạn chặt chẽ mà không ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng.
