JOB DESCRIPTION
What you can learn during the internship period?
Preparation of confirmed services of each file from the Inbound team.
Provide and update any change of service of client- in- house.
Handle the operations hotline, on a roster basis, and conduct courtesy calls.
Prepare and collect filled questionnaires by clients from guides.
Oversee local guide recruitment, and rostering, and manage and execute in conjunction with other staff.
Direct oversight of all requests for bookings/ reservations and confirmations with suppliers.
Receive the guide report on the actual cost of operation and report it to our accounting team.
Briefing assigned guides and drivers before the start of tours.
Record, confirm, and prepare service of booked optional tours.
To prepare, provide and confirm specific services required.
Update and finalize the actual service and cost of each file to the accounting team.
Book or reconfirm to the supplier/ vendor of required service of each file.
REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree holder or final- year student (preferably in Tourism, Business, or Communications).
Quick learner, proactive, and adaptable to new systems and tools.
Able to commit to a full- time internship for six months (mid April–mid October 2026).
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Eager to gain hands- on experience and learn on the job.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Vietnamese National.
