JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor recruitment progress and propose plans to enhance productivity and quality.
Manage and maintain candidate information.
Support initiatives to promote the JT1 brand within the Vietnamese labor market.
Provide consulting and information about open positions to potential candidates.
Develop recruitment plans for the client&039;s hiring needs.
Utilize social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn to source candidates based on recruitment needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in reading and writing in English is a must. Good speaking skill is a plus.
Detail- oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
Availability to work at least 28 hours per week for 3- 6 months.
Proactive performance mindset.
Strong communication skills, especially via chat and email.
Flexibility in problem- solving to adapt to changing requirements.
Interest in working in the human resources industry, particularly in recruitment services and headhunting.
