JOB DESCRIPTION
· Summarize input & output invoices and send them to Tax Accounting
· Monitor financial reports from tax accounting monthly, ensuring items are accurate according to the data provided
· Monitor and check tax declarations made by Tax Accountants and pay taxes that the company needs to pay...
· Perform banking transactions (transfer payments, collect full subsidiary books...)
· Monitor, check and prepare inventory reports at the end of each month
· Prepare, print and close books of receipts, payments, other documents...
· Maintain complete and scientific information records of the company....
· Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, cash flow according to the provided template....
· Work with external vendor in monthly reconsolidation
· Prepare payment for monthly salary
· Prepare profit and lost accounts for functioning unit
· Conduct random audit in stock inventory for verifications
· Conduct random audit at kaya house cafe for cash management and cash float check
· Carry out assigned financial, accounting & tax related tasks according to reasonable abilities...
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor&039;s degree in accounting, finance or related field
· Proficient in Excel.
· Can communicate in English fluently
