JOB DESCRIPTION

Working Hours:

8 working hours per day + 1 hour lunch break (9AM- 6PM).

5 days per week including weekends.

Job Description:

Post, update product information and image.

Support warehouse management, processing domestic e- commerce orders.

Follow daily orders.

Follow promotions, CRM.

Support shipping.

Take care of customers on channels (Reply, support, advice).

REQUIREMENTS

3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Logistics, E- commerce

Have sales experience.

Proficient in speaking, understanding, and writing in English.

Proficient in office computing.

Have communication skills.

Training may be conducted at weekends at which attendance is compulsory.
