JOB DESCRIPTION

8 working hours per day + 1 hour lunch break (9AM- 6PM).
5 days per week including weekends.

Support director in the general administration of sales work.
Conduct Filing of documents.
Manage schedule of director.
Follow up on B2B sales channel.
Compiling weekly and monthly reports from all departments / filing.
Managing and safekeeping all internal meetings / writing meeting minutes.
Assist in accounting and book keeping tasks.
Other works required from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

No work experience required.
Must speak and understand English.
Knowing how to use MS Office.
Eager to learn, hardworking, creative, proactive at work.
Careful, detail- oriented, responsible and clear communication skill.
