1.2: Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Coordinate the selection process for recruitment in general
Arrange and support logistics for recruitment activities
Support in maintaining and strengthening relationships with target universities
Facilitate and support onboarding activities for new joiners
Facilitate and execute on- campus as well as recruitment branding and other Talent activities
Recruitment Operations:
Support on documentation for new joiners, interns, etc.
Support on monitoring interns and providing information for monthly allowance process.
3: Requirements
4th year student or freshly graduated Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields.
Self- motivated, independent, detailed- oriented and organized.
Strong passion for Human Resources.
Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English.
