JOB DESCRIPTION
Job OverviewAs a Legal & Contracts Specialist (Mobile Game Group), you will play a key role in supporting Lihuhu’s legal operations across Vietnam and Singapore entities and Korean Headquarter. Your primary responsibility is to act as a legal operations and contract gatekeeper, ensuring that commercial contracts, IP documentation, and corporate legal records are properly drafted, reviewed, managed, and prepared before submission to the Head of Legal.
You will work closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and other functional teams to support contract lifecycle management, identify legal risks at an operational level, and assist with compliance- related processes in a fast- growing mobile game environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Legal Documentation
Draft, review, and manage day- to- day commercial contracts, cooperation agreements, including freelancer and collaborator engagements, and related legal documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
Manage IP assignment and transfer documentation involving employees, freelancers, collaborators, and group entities, ensuring alignment with production milestones and payment terms.
Prepare acceptance, handover, termination, and liquidation documents to support contract completion and accounting requirements.
Legal Review & Risk Support
Escalate complex or material legal issues to the Head of Legal for review and direction.
Conduct preliminary legal review of contracts and transactions in relation to Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, and relevant industry regulations.
Identify legal risks at an operational level and propose practical mitigation measures.
Compliance & Corporate Legal Operations
Support continuous improvement of legal and contract workflows
Maintain organized legal records and contract repositories to support audit, tax, and internal reviews.
Cross- functional Coordination
Coordinate with corporate secretaries and external legal advisors in Vietnam and Singapore.
Support compliance- related activities by preparing and reviewing corporate and licensing documentation before submission.
Work closely with Production and Creative teams to support the end- to- end contract lifecycle for freelancers, from engagement and onboarding to acceptance, payment support, and contract closure.
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements
At least 2 years of experience in legal operations, commercial contracts, or in- house legal support roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Solid understanding of commercial contracts and corporate legal documentation.
Experience working in multinational companies or group structures with cross- border operations is strongly preferred.
Ability to conduct legal research and preliminary analysis of laws and regulations in different jurisdictions; experience with Singapore laws and regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.
Strong English drafting and review skills; Vietnamese native proficiency.
Detail- oriented, structured, and able to work independently within defined responsibilities.
Professional, discreet, and comfortable working in a cross- functional and international environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job OverviewYou will also work closely with cross- functional teams to review and improve processes, support team capability development, and help the organization adapt to the fast- paced and creative nature of the mobile games industry.
As a People & Culture Generalist, you will play a key role in building, developing, and continuously improving the employee experience at Lihuhu. The position focuses on strengthening engagement, nurturing company culture, and ensuring people operations run smoothly in alignment with business goals.
You will be responsible for day- to- day people operations while directly implementing People programs across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to capability development, talent retention, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Talent Acquisition
Monitor probation periods by tracking checkpoints, collecting feedback from managers and new hires, and proposing support solutions when performance or integration issues arise.
Track and analyze basic recruitment metrics (time- to- fill, candidate sources, pass rates per stage) and propose improvements to recruitment channels and workflows.
Build employer branding through recruitment content and internal/external communication activities when needed.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers/Product Owners to plan recruitment needs based on project requirements (headcount, timeline, sprint/release priorities).
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including checklist preparation and execution in line with company standards.
Ensure a professional and efficient recruitment process with a strong focus on candidate experience and timely communication.
Execute end- to- end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV/portfolio screening, interview coordination, evaluation consolidation, and candidate feedback.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Partner with other teams to foster a positive, open, and inclusive working environment that values diversity.
Advise and support managers in handling common people- related situations (team communication, performance feedback, conflicts, policy violations), while escalating sensitive cases to appropriate levels when necessary.
Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction levels, and propose solutions to improve overall employee experience.
Design and implement People programs across the employee lifecycle (probation and periodic reviews, learning & development, culture value activation).
Coordinate and organize engagement activities aligned with company culture (company trips, annual events, internal initiatives).
Deliver internal communications related to policies, processes, and operational updates to ensure transparency and consistency.
Review and continuously improve people- related processes affecting employee experience (SOPs, workflows, ticketing systems).
Training & Development
Align training initiatives and career paths with performance/contribution reviews and individual development plans.
Coordinate internal training programs (onboarding, foundational training, cross- functional learning, skill development).
Participate in building and implementing career paths and competency frameworks across the organization.
Track training effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance employee capability and engagement.
Work with Heads and Line Managers to identify training and capability development needs by role and team.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in office tools and data handling (spreadsheets, documentation, HRIS, or equivalent systems).
Proactive learner with a strong interest in the mobile games industry and up- to- date HR trends.
Proven experience working cross- functionally in project- based environments (Product, Tech, Art, QA, UA) and comfort working in fast- changing tech environments.
High level of trustworthiness with a strong commitment to confidentiality and careful handling of people data.
Well- organized, detail- oriented, able to independently manage tasks end- to- end, make decisions within scope, and take ownership of outcomes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across various contexts: large/small group discussions, internal/external stakeholders, and sensitive 1:1 conversations with neutrality and tact.
Strong capability in designing and executing recruitment strategies for assigned roles, including sourcing optimization, screening processes, interview coordination, and candidate experience improvement.
Solid internal communication skills with the ability to build engagement and a sense of community.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, or People & Culture roles (specialist level).
Nice to Have
Experience in building career paths, competency frameworks, and performance/contribution review systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR- related regulations (or ability to learn quickly and apply correctly).
Strong English proficiency for daily work.
Experience working with international stakeholders is a plus.
