Job Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities:
Build and manage the Firm’s legal data infrastructure, including databases, data pipelines, and structured legal knowledge bases.
Design, deploy, and maintain AI- powered applications for legal research, document analysis, compliance, and workflow automation.
Train and guide internal users on AI tools, chatbots, and legal tech applications; support knowledge transfer within the Firm.
Prepare technical documentation, internal guidelines, and reports related to AI, data, and cybersecurity.
Develop and implement the Firm’s AI application strategy aligned with legal practice and operational needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Firm.
Evaluate and technically assess AI software and solutions provided by third- party vendors prior to deployment.
Monitor system performance, data quality, AI outputs, and security risks; propose continuous improvements.
Implement and maintain data governance, cybersecurity, and information security measures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
Ability to work effectively with legal professionals and translate technical concepts into practical solutions.
Proactive, responsible, detail- oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and basic communication).
At least 01 year of experience in data, AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, or IT- related roles; final- year undergraduate students (3rd or 4th year) with relevant internships may also be considered.
Experience with databases, data processing, AI or automation tools; exposure to cybersecurity or information security is a plus.
Solid foundational knowledge of data analytics and AI applications; hands- on experience is an advantage.
