JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting lawyers to consult clients regarding foreign andinternational laws: Researching legal regulationsand providing legal advice, providing legal information, guidance and supporton legal issues for clients,reporting legal risks to management levels in the client&039;s business duringbusiness activities in Korea/Vietnam and other countries;
Exchanging,supporting, and working closely with foreign lawyers/Vietnamese lawyers onlicensing issues of corporate clients;
Drafting/appraising/checking/reviewing contracts arising in daily operations of corporate clientsin Korea/Vietnam and other countries;
Being responsible for directly exchange, work and negotiation with corporate customers; and
Supporting Vietnamese lawyers (if any): Supporting Vietnamese lawyers in researching legal regulations and providing Vietnamese legal advice at the requestof clients;
Exchanging,supporting, and working closely with foreign lawyers/Vietnamese lawyers inresolving civil, criminaland administrative disputesof corporate clientswith related parties;
Organizing the storage, preservation and control of the use of legal documents under the management of the lawyersand the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
Efficient English communication and writing skills (IELTS or TOEFL is preferred) l l Good communication and writing in Korean is preferred
Having lawyer practice licenseis an advantage
Broad understanding and practical experienceso on application of foreign and international laws
University Degree in Law (or Legal English Facultyof Law Schools)
Strong verbal and written skills in legal languages
Ability to carry out legal research independently and work in team
Effective in legal communication and analytical skill
Open and growth mindset
Proactive, responsible, and self- motivated with ability to learn from working commitment and dedication to their legal career
experience for an international or prestigious law firm
At least 03 years or more of working
