CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FULLTIME

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Good service etiquette and skills to provide customers with quality services
· Work closely with cross- department teams to ensure the smooth progress of customers&039; daily business needs and promote the resolution of problems in a timely manner
· Receive customers by phone/email/online chat: actively and promptly handle customer business needs/conduct follow- up actions to customers
REQUIREMENTS
· Having 1- 3 years of experience in Customer service position, proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills and adaptability.
· College degree or above, proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Vietnamese, English, (Chinese would be a plus)
· Have knowledge in banking/ finance or payment industries.
