JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Become brand partner in providing analysis for buying and allocation to achieve targeted sales, margin, and inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Merchandise Financial Plan, Open to Buy & Incoming Plans
Develop forecast sales, open to buy (OTB) & inventory to ensure they are adherence to company&039;s goals & target.
Collaborating with brand team in building seasonal merchandise financial plan that meets company goals and target.
Managing rolling forecast and drives analysis by article level to identify opportunities and risks and makes recommendations at pre- season, in- season and post season.
Coordinate with brand team to arrange incoming goods that adhere to buying plan and inventory target.
Improves Merchandise Lines
Assist brand team with assortment and product planning that align to Merchandise & OTB plans.
Provide guidance on assortment breadth and depth and by door / door- cluster assortment plan.
Provide guidance on size breakdown based on historical sales.
Review buying analysis to ensure appropriate depth and breadth of each category and price level.
Allocation Strategy and Execute Replenishment Operations
Review pre- allocation / initial allocation plan develop by brand team.
Assess stock distribution to ensure proper replenishment.
Optimizing Sales & Margin Opportunities
Review promotions impact to sales & margin
Review in- season markdowns to optimize margin.
Business Partnership
Overseeing the Process for maintain historical records for hindsight review to capture opportunities and include next year&039;s recommended actions concerning pricing and promotions; grow, sustain or drive efficiency by category; contingency plans; sales curves.
Participate in the Weekly Brand Meeting in order to discuss regarding buying issue & identify sales opportunities through effective strategic planning.
People Development
Giving the working instruction to all subordinate under him/her, coaching and evaluating subordinate based on working performance and motivate them to be more effective and efficient Driving analytical excellence by coaching and developing new analysis and approach.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Job Requirements:
Good in English.
Good analytical skills.
Familiar with SQL.
2- 3 years related experience, preferably in Retail / Merchandising.
Comfortable working with massive data.
Good Excel Skills.
Bachelor degree.
Good Interpersonal Skills
