Support other tasks asassigned by the Chief accountant or Management.
Assist with preparationof monthly/quarterly reports and reconciliations.
Support tax filing,audits, and document organization.
Input and managefinancial data in the accounting system.
Provide generaladministrative support and assist in daily accounting tasks.
Verify documents andensure compliance with internal procedures.

Prepare sales contract and reference documents. Negotiating and signing sales contracts with customers
Identifying, attracting, and building relationships with target customers to create business opportunities
Providing care and support to customers to resolve any issues that arise during the execution of the contract
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers, suppliers to secure additional contracts
Coordinating with departments and leadership to promptly and effectively meet customer requirements and address any issues that may arise;
Meet monthly sales target (after passing training period and probation)
Follow up payment with customers, push over- due payment
Develop new clients through cold- calling and meetings
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Graduated with Bachelor&039;s degree in any major within no more than 2 years ago
Willing to travel for business meetings (Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ha Noi, etc.)
At least 6 months of experience in sales, trading, or have a passion for developing in sales career is a PLUS
Fluency in English (Speaking – Listening) is a MUST
