About the team
Marketplace team is a thinking tank of Grab that functions on optimizing economics for all 3 parties in the marketplace. We focus on delivering affordable and timely services for our passengers/eaters, enhancing income for our Drivers and Merchants Partners, at the same time accommodating business growth sustainably.
Our team consists of young but experienced individuals who are tenacious and energized with intellectual challenges. We demonstrate a combination of analytical and strategic thinking, that deliver comprehensive outputs of data analysis, business insight and financial planning.
About the role
Marketplace Support Specialist is in charge of executing Marketplace campaigns including Consumers, Merchants, Drivers Promotion / Incentive. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up campaigns on the system timely and accurately.
At the same time, you need to be in charge of monitoring campaign performance at daily basis, and conducting preliminary analyses to quickly diagnose campaign health.
You also need to collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns are executed from end- to- end. This also requires good technical knowledge of the systems.
Day- to- day activities (Responsibilities)
Manage & co- operate with relevant stakeholders for solving ad- hoc problems which may arise from the aforementioned Marketplace systems
Assist Marketplace senior specialist to conduct experiments for economics optimization
Monitor and adjust day- to- day campaign performance, conduct preliminary analysis.
Coordinate with Product Engineers/ Product Ops to update system knowledge and troubleshoot system issues.
Coordinate cross teams to execute campaigns from end- to- end
Set up campaigns on system
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Experience:
Strong communication skills and an excellent team player with strong work ethics.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Good logical thinking
A degree from a decent university in any discipline, Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience
Strong attention to detail and meticulous
Nice- to- have Experience:
Passionate about tech industry, and strong motivation in creating business impact.
Working understanding of SQL and experience with a mobile CLM platform is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, and in a fast- paced environment.
