JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:
The Client Success Specialist will anchor operational excellence for our Partners and B2B transactions. This includes managing daily operations processes, providing exceptional client support, and collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management (Core Focus- 60%)
Anchor the full order management cycle for our service.
SalesForce (SF) Contract Management: Create and manage contracts in SF, ensuring accuracy for client and partner transactions. Verify the contract on Salesforce.
Order Fulfillment and Code Generation: Process voucher/code creation and coordinate timely delivery to clients. Do API top- up balance for our partner.
Facilitate post- sale support, including paperworks follow- ups, payment processing, redemption inquiries, and dispute resolution.
Reporting and Insights (20%)
Generate reports and redemption checking upon client and internal requests. API client usage reports.
Client Support (15%)
Provide dedicated support for clients:
Partner postpaid monthly reporting and payment request.
Partner- specific contract creation and report generation in SF.
Reconciliation for the country market.
Cross- Functional Collaboration (5%)
Act as the point of contact for inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders regarding operations processes.
Work closely with Country Finance, Grab Support, Central Operations, and Billing Teams, Map Ops to resolve operational issues and execute daily tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is required with relevant experience.
1–2 years of experience in client success, sales operations, or a related role in a fast- paced and competitive B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate, or startup environment.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Power BI reporting dashboards is a plus.
English proficiency: Speaking and Writing required.
Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, especially when handling data- driven tasks and processes.

Benefits:
Salary range: 14,000,000 VND gross
Monthly allowance: 300,000 VND
2 months probation, full salary and benefits during probation
Training provided for our internal systems
Performance review annually in April
