Allingham Home is a Vietnam- based furniture supplier.
Where we operate
We have grown roots in China, building an extensive supply base over the past 10 years. Our seamless supply chain enables us to work with dozens of customers worldwide, with 60- 80 containers being shipped out of China each month. Four years ago saw the expansion of Allingham Home into Vietnam, where we now manufacture our hard goods.

Our furniture is manufactured in accordance with international standards – quality is a priority. Our Quality Assurance team performs a 100% quality check of all products to ensure our standards continue to rise.
Our Clients
Allingham Home clients have the option of mixing containers, where different products may be combined. Minimum order quantities are low. We support our clients at all stages of the buying cycle, providing everything from fabric swatches and details on furniture care to free spare parts and replacements. Our key clients are retailers, wholesalers and contractors, spanning across more than 20 countries worldwide.
Showcasing our products
Every year, we create a contemporary new range of products to exhibit at the Shanghai Furniture Fair. For the last three years, we have collaborated with South African artist, Kelly Tuck, developing outstanding pieces of furniture showcased alongside her paintings. In March 2019, we exhibited our exclusive wooden furniture ranges at VIFA in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam for the first time.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Delivery Schedule Management:Assist in arranging and tracking the transfer of sample products and documents to ensure timely delivery.
Internal Event Organization:Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings, conferences, and team- building activities.
Departmental Support:Provide administrative support to other departments to ensure seamless office operations and inter- departmental coordination.
File and Document Management:Store, organize, and regularly update records, contracts, and other administrative documents in both hard and soft copies.
Office Supplies Management:Monitor inventory levels, handle purchasing requests, and distribute office supplies and equipment as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
University student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field.
Good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
Detail- oriented, well- organized, and responsible.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to work 6 days per week, (Saturday remote) during the internship period.
