tech- savvy Product Data Specialist (Experienced Level) to join our dynamic
We are seeking a detail- oriented and
team. This member will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product
data feed of thousands of SKUs, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product
data, and leveraging large datasets to enhance our merchandising strategies.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the
ability to work with large volumes of data to support our merchandising goals.
· Product data: Qualitative and quantitative information about products, such asmaterials, dimensions, colors, etc.
· Product data feed: The collection of all product data for the fulllist of thousands of SKUs in our portfolio.
· Merchandising: The activity of maintaining product information on our saleschannels.
· Automation: Using technologies like Excel VBA, Google App Script, or newtools/apps to save time on repetitive tasks.
· Process: Defining who is involved, what needs to be done, when, where, andhow (using which methods, tools, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS
degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Bachelor’s
(VLOOKUP, REGEX, VBA, Macro, Pivot Tables), Google Sheets (Google App Script),
data visualization tools (Looker Studio, etc.)
Excellent
proficiency in advanced data management tools and softwares like, Excel
Proven
experience in product data feed management, and large data handling.
Ability to
utilize new technologies to improve processes and efficiency like Chat GPT,
custom- Google app tools, etc.
analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong
attention to detail and problem- solving abilities.
Excellent
Ability to work
independently and collaboratively across departments in a fast- paced
environment.
Strong English
and Vietnamese communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with
ERP (Infor LN), WMS, Seller Cloud systems is a plus.

Familiarity
