IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a
Accounting Intern
working in Supply Area South East Asia, Business Navigation Finance and Administration.

Scope of assignment

Other ad- hoc assignments required by the supervisor.
Assist in implementing company’s projects like testing new systems and process flows;
Support Accounting team in preparing accounting books and tax reports, arranging, filing, and archiving accounting documents;
Follow company procedures for expense and payment process;
Assist in fixed asset management including physical counting, tagging, system maintenance and preparation of documents;
Support Accounting team in working with auditors and tax consultants, preparing data and documents for statutory audit, tax review and/or tax inspection (if any); and

Key deliverables

Support accounting team with assignments efficiently
Process daily accounting works smoothly;
Give intern the opportunity to gain real work experience.

3rd or 4th year student. Expected Graduation: after May 2025
Good knowledge of finance & accounting fields; and
Good communication in English and proactive attitude;
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT);
Interested in Accounting – Tax – Legal and Standard Operating Procedures.

Practicalities

Working Location: IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd
Details on time invested: Mondays- Fridays
Expected Internship Period: 6 months (from November 2024 to May 2025)
