Country L&D Alignment (Strategic Management):
Identify and establish sustainable L&D strategy in collaboration with HR Director and Functional Heads
Evaluate, assess and prioritize overall training and development needs to prepare for L&D framework/ learning content and facilitate delivery and completion of training
2. Drive a Learning Culture:
Maintain the Country at the forefront of L&D best practice by building development capability and foster learning mindset across the company through initiatives and projects
3. Drive Learning and Development Interventions:
Deliver and facilitate training where required
Select and advise on optimal learning and delivery methods to maximize learning and sustainability of knowledge
Manage employee&039;s growth and their learning & development journey from onboarding through ongoing development via the Total Organization Solutions
Act as project manager for L&D events, ensure all requirements are met and the smooth running of courses
Manage compliance to statutory training requirements
Manage the execution of the Country Training & Capability Development Plan: identify, recommend learning solutions and implement
Manage costs of planned programs within budget
4. Develop Competency Based L&D Solutions:
Identify gaps in existing learning content and work with relevant teams to innovate, create or test the content for continual update
Coordinate and develop suitable systems to provide accreditation for programs
Partner with function leaders/managers to consult on custom learning programs for department specific needs
Design, deliver and maintain training and development programs/tools/resources/ materials and evaluate impact and effectiveness of L&D activities through evaluation methods and key metrics
Own employee onboarding/orientation including the assessment of needs and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding orientation that enables employee&039;s success
5. Performance Management:
Develop Handbook and guidelines, deliver training workshop for all employees
Drive and cascade the Performance Management Process to all employees
Build and update tracking system of implementation
