Lixibox is a full- stack one- stop omni- channel solution for affordable luxury brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest- growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operations by leveraging an in- house agency and in- house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting PO’s issues with suppliers and dealing support if needed.
Collecting, and comparing quotations, and samples from various vendors and proceeding to sign contracts.
Support finding suitable domestic and international suppliers based on the team’s requirements.
Create products on the system and follow up until inventory.
Other supports
Supporting in creating and managing the promotion of various channels.
Supporting other departments in creating exchange orders after receiving contract invoices.
Participate in internal projects
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in marketing, business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
Detail- oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
