Responsibilities

Ticket & Document- Based Tasks: Handling and processing tasks mainly through our ticket- based system and managing related documentation (minimal real- time verbal client communication required).
CJ Logistics Project & Operational Support: Collaborating closely with and supporting Ms. Tuyen on CJ Logistics project- related tasks.
Translation Support: Translating project deliverables, user manuals, and other project- related documents (Korean- > Vietnamese) if any.

Qualifications

Language Proficiency: TOPIK Level 4 or above (with solid reading and writing skills).
Preferred Qualifications (Pluses):

+ Basic IT knowledge, Logistics knowledge or relevant experience is a big plus.
+ Good Korean speaking/listening skills.
