Find areas of improvement through data, process optimization and automation; follow- through with different teams to implement those improvements, and track the efficiency improvement in a meaningful and quantifiable way
Work on requests from senior management to produce reports and supporting statistics on department performance
Analyze all customer’s requests and find repeated patterns to gain more insights
Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness our customer- facing portals as well as customer satisfaction
Migrate all reports from Klipfolio to PowerBI and maintain the new reporting platform
Define KPIs to effectively measure CX operation efficiency and propose ways to improve our process
Incorporate AI to understand requests from users in a natural language, and translate that to relevant graphical representation

Strong experience in data analysis and reporting skills (PowerBI, SQL)
Very good English proficiency (both verbal and written) and people skills
Good understanding of data presentation principles
Strong business acumen and understanding of Customer Experience domain
Python and other ETLs tool
Charts & dashboard design using custom graphics
Proficient in working with data warehouse like Azure Data Lake

Experiencing in using AI & ML in data analysis
Flow chart design & process documentation
Experience with Google Analytics
Good public presentation skills
Experience in project management, Agile methodology
