JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with Managers/Leaders to resolve related issues (technical issues, change requests, operational issues, investigation requests, and customer requests)
Conversion of project papers and emails (Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa)
Interpreting during project- related meetings between the project team and Japanese consumers. Serving as a liaison between the project team and the client, assisting in the project&039;s success
Assist in the preparation of meeting material and attend meetings in both Japanese and Vietnamese as necessary.
Greet and welcome Japanese customers who come to visit and work at the company- Project management: planning, monitoring, and controlling project implementation progress, as well as coordinating and reporting to customers.
Assist the company&039;s Japanese operations as directed by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in four Japanese skills: reading, speaking, listening, and writing.Enjoy working in the information technology industry and have a strong affinity for Japanese culture.
Capacity for effective expression and communication.
Demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn, the capacity to work under extreme pressure, and the ability to operate in a team.
Be nimble, optimistic, and progressive in work
Capability of compiling and editing Japanese documents.
