JOB DESCRIPTION
Interpreting during project- related meetings between the project team and Japanese consumers. Serving as a liaison between the project team and the client, assisting in the project&039;s success
Conversion of project papers and emails (Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa)
Collaborate with Managers/Leaders to resolve related issues (technical issues, change requests, operational issues, investigation requests, and customer requests)
Greet and welcome Japanese customers who come to visit and work at the company- Project management: planning, monitoring, and controlling project implementation progress, as well as coordinating and reporting to customers.
Assist in the preparation of meeting material and attend meetings in both Japanese and Vietnamese as necessary.
Assist the company&039;s Japanese operations as directed by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in four Japanese skills: reading, speaking, listening, and writing.Demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn, the capacity to work under extreme pressure, and the ability to operate in a team.
Enjoy working in the information technology industry and have a strong affinity for Japanese culture.
Be nimble, optimistic, and progressive in work
Capacity for effective expression and communication.
Capability of compiling and editing Japanese documents.
