REHash is a digital, blockchain- enabled platform operated by SGITS to provide the functions of a marketplace, registration services, audit trails and market information which tracks and certifies REC transactions and ultimately provide a reliable and safe trading environment for all users. Accredited by global registries, such as the I- REC Foundation and APX TIGRs, transactions on REHash are backed by proof of stake concept to prevent double- counting or instances of ownership conflicts over RECs that are issued. traded or retired. Legit generators and buyers of RECs can now enjoy optimum benefits in the monetary aspect as well as sustainability goals without having to worry about the fraudulent trades which can result in reputational damage.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Help Desk Support:Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network- related issues. Respond to support requests promptly and resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime for team membersUser Account Management: Ensure proper access controls and permissions are in place based on job roles and responsibilities.Hardware and Software Setup: Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications for team members.System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and performance monitoring.Vendor Management and asset inventory: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software support, and infrastructure maintenance.Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the organization&039;s business processes, goals, and strategies. Collaborate with various teams, including sales, to align technical solutions with business needs and provide informed support.Application Demos and Training: Demonstrate and assist the sales team in using the organization&039;s applications effectively. Conduct training sessions to ensure the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of the applications and can leverage them to drive sales success.
REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Business driven
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and be a team- player
Strong expertise in leveraging cloud services, specifically Azure. Proficiency in configuring and managing virtual machines, storage, networking, and security in a cloud environment
We’d love to have you from 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
