JOB DESCRIPTION

· Handling allcontracts and other related documents for Sales team
· Partlyworking with the process of Ordering and Invoicing / Sales Volume Planning /Product and Pricing
· Workingwith other departments to prepare all related documents to support the processof car handover following Porsche standards
· Other ad hoc projects assigned by Sales Director
· Supportingin preparation of reports for Sales team
· Supportingin managing customer database, updating systems such as DMS and C@P
· Collectinginformation of automotive market and competitors

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelordegree holder
· Knowledgeof automotive industry is preferable
· Atleast 01 year of working experience in similar position
· Goodat English communication: speaking, writing
· Goodat IT knowledge, especially office application, internet relatedsoftware/systems.
· Personality/Characteristics:trustworthy, organized, effective, good teamwork, good at keeping sensitiveinformation confidentially.
