RESEARCH: Do market and UX research to clarify user needs using multiple research methods (Reference: nngroup.com/articles/ux- research- cheat- sheet/
LEARN: Join big project with other senior/junior BAs to support and learn to build solution from scratch, design the most valuable and easy- to- use product/servicef
PROMOTION: Chance to be official fresher BA with clear career path to develop yourself, which lead you to a chance to be task owner of bigger projects, more complicated products.
COLLABORATION: Chance to collaborate directly with other teams to develop & operate products (designer, developer, tester, customer success, marketer, subgect matter experts, etc.) which enhance interaction skills and diverse domain knowledgef

Requirement Management Skills
Learn techniques to research market and users, to understand user needs and business goals

Documentation Skills
Learn to write some main documents of BA: URD, SRS, User Stories Mapping, Use Case Diagram, Business Modeling, Product Modeling, Functional Decomposition Diagram, Process Modeling, Wireframe, Prototype
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
Great analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Good interaction skills: include negotiation and conflict resolution, having leadership skills is preferred
Communication skills: have active listening skills and outstanding verbal, non- verbal, written communication skills
Detail- oriented mindset
Organization and time management skills: manage tasks and deliver qualified output in time
Influenced English skills required
Willing to learn every new methodologies, concepts, techniques, tools, etcfÛ Behavioral characteristics: honesty, have personal accountability, trustable and reliable
Desirable
Software development knowledge: basic understanding of software industry, IT system, database; Agile methodology; User experience design
Having learned any courses about Business Analysis
Understanding business intelligence is preferred
Domain knowledge: understand about marketing, SEO & content writing especially
