Working time: 40- 48hrs/week

Job Title: Showroom Receptionist
Employment Type: Full- time
ABOUT THE JOB:
Reports operationally to: Showroom Manager
Showroom Receptionist is a great opportunity for freshers who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service while dealing with administrative matters in a timely and effective manner.

You will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting customers who enter our boutique/showroom, taking messages, and other administrative duties.
The roles and responsibilities of the
Showroom Receptionist
include but are not limited to:
Customer Experience:
· The receptionist is a vital member of our boutique/showroom and must present a helpful and professional impression to all visitors and guests.
· Greet visitors and guests with a helpful attitude, determine their needs and contact the appropriate person in charge.
· Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls accordingly.
Administrative and clerical tasks:
· Ensure the boutique/showroom, especially the reception area, is tidy and presentable.
· Perform general office management tasks such as managing boutique/showroom supplies and equipment, arrange venues and logistics for meetings, managing contract with suppliers and vendors, support with claim paperwork, etc.
· Keep updated records of boutique/showroom expenses.
Personal development:
· Continuously improve knowledge about Watches, Automotives, Fashion, Jewelry and other lifestyle aspects.
· Demonstrate exemplary ongoing self- development and personal growth.
Team- effort duties:
· Adhere to and uphold all S&S Group core values, policies and procedures.
· Serve as a positive role model and represent S&S appropriately at all times.
· Participate in the training of new colleagues (product knowledge, procedures, company policies, etc.)
· Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
· Maintain open, professional and ongoing communications with management and colleagues.
· Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Employment/ Professional Experience: Not required. However, relevant experience as receptionist or administration assistant will be appreciated.
Education: College or university degree in related field.
Competencies- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
Able to work retail hours, 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation basis).
Good interpersonal communication and listening skills.
Interest and knowledge in art, fashion, gastronomy, architecture is a plus.
Young and dynamic with growth mindset.
Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Good- to- excellent self- learning skill is essential.
Calm, patient and emotionally impermeable.
