LOGISTICS ASSISTANT INTERN

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents.

- Receive Arrival Notices and Freight Invoices from the forwarder and submit them to the customs broker for e- customs declaration.
- Coordinate with the 3PL to monitor shipments from customs clearance through delivery execution, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines.
- Update and maintain shipment data in Power BI reports.
- Create, manage, and track payment requisitions for 3PL services.
- Prepare and submit payment requests in the system in accordance with financial procedures.
- Handover complete document sets to the Accounting Department and maintain proper filing after task completion.
- Prepare item lists and issue delivery notifications to customers.
- Provide shipping and delivery documentation upon customer request.
- Track and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment for customers.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4th year students with majors in Supply chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade.
- Have knowledge of import- export business, logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, VBA, Power Query and Outlook).
- Good at English (Reading skills).
