業務内容
当社の日本のお客様で、ベトナムで開催される展示会に関心がある企業向けに、展示会での日本語とベトナム語の通訳を行って頂きます。お客様が展示会で関心のある企業の情報を収集したり、出展企業の担当者への質問などを行うコミュニケーションが、主な通訳の対象内容となります。お客様が直接展示会場に行く場合もありますが、それだけでなく、オンラインでビデオ通話を繋ぎ、日本にいるお客様（オンライン）と展示会の展示会出展者（ベトナム人）の通訳を行う場合もあります。様々な分野の展示会での通訳業務が発生する可能性があるため、通訳者の得意、不得意分野があれば、それを考慮してお仕事をご依頼させて頂きます。また、お仕事開始前、及び完了後でマネージャーと打ち合わせや報告業務などが発生する場合があります。
ご応募頂き、面接完了後採用となりましたら、案件ごとにお仕事をご相談させて頂きます。案件情報には、業務の日にち及び拘束時間（目安2〜5時間）、展示会会場（ほとんどの場合はホーチミン第7区のSECC）、展示会の分野、お客様の展示会参加の目的、案件ごとの給与などを共有させて頂きます。案件内容を確認頂き、通訳者が受理して頂くことで、個別の契約締結が完了し、ご依頼とさせて頂きます。
Responsibilities:
The interpreter may need to accompany clients to exhibition venues or conduct interpretation via online video calls between Japanese clients (online) and Vietnamese exhibitors.
We are seeking a Japanese- Vietnamese interpreter to assist our Japanese clients at exhibitions held in Vietnam. The interpreter will facilitate communication between Japanese- speaking clients and Vietnamese exhibitors, helping clients gather information and ask questions to representatives of exhibiting companies.
As various fields of exhibitions may require interpretation, we will consider the interpreter&039;s areas of expertise and preferences when assigning tasks.
Additionally, there may be meetings and reporting duties with managers before and after the job assignments.
Job Application Process:
Once the interpreter accepts the job, a specific contract will be concluded for each assignment.
Upon successful interview, we will discuss job opportunities on a per- project basis. Job details will include dates, estimated hours (approximately 2- 5 hours per session), exhibition venue (mostly at SECC in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), exhibition sectors, clients&039; objectives, and remuneration.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
Available to work at exhibition venues in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City (SECC)
Experienced in Japanese- Vietnamese interpretation in a business context or possess JLPT N1 or N2 certification and be fluent in speaking Japanese

時間当たり給与は日本語- ベトナム語通訳レベル、および案件によって変動します。
Salary:
400,000 ~ 2,500,000 VND per hour
Transportation allowance (considering travel time and expenses) will be added.
Hourly wages vary based on the level of Japanese- Vietnamese interpretation and the specific assignment. Please refer to individual project details for more information.
Work Hours:
Mainly during weekdays and daytime
Hours are adjustable depending on the project
Work Location:
At home and exhibition venues (SECC in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City)
