JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide timely technical support to
end- users via chat, or in- person for hardware, software, network, and system
issues.

Manage and troubleshoot user accounts,
such as updates, virus scanning, and data backup.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks
Document troubleshooting procedures,
common issues, and IT processes.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding
users, including device preparation and system access setup.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT
equipment, services, and repairs.
- Support Back- office team in other administrative or
technical tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
College
r Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field.
years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles is preferred.

understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Solid
in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Microsoft teams, Ondrive, sharepoint, powerBI,

Basic
