The principal activity of SIG is the manufacture of international renowned branded sports and leisure outerwear garments. Currently, we have 11 manufacturing facilities consisting of 2 In Malaysia and 9 in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct internal periodical ESH assessment at factories to find out non- compliance issues
- Support and consult factories to better control the noncompliance issues and help factories pass the audit.
- Assist the factories in annual assessment by Brands & 3rd party. It includes guiding, interview, supervising, consulting, completed Pre –audit questionnaire, following outstanding issues until finished corrective actions.
- Consult & guide factories about the implementation and application of VN laws and Buyers’ standards.
- Other assignments by management
REQUIREMENTS
- MS office
- Have background in Labor safe/ environment management/ fire safety/ electricity
- Good at English (writing & speaking)
- Willing to go on business trip in western province (Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Vinh Long and Can Tho

JOB DESCRIPTION
Consult & guide factories about the implementation and application of VN laws and Buyers’ standards.
Assist the factories in annual assessment by Brands & 3RD party. IT includes guiding, interview, supervising, consulting, completed Pre –audit questionnaire, following outstanding issues until finished corrective actions.
Conduct internal periodical Labor assessment (SLCP) at factories to find out non- compliance issues
Other assignments by management
REQUIREMENTS
Having experience in HR or Labor Compliance Audit for at least 2 years
Having background in HRM or Law
Having knowlege of SLCP, Nike CLS, SA 8000 is a plus
Willing to go on business in western provinces (Tiền Giang, Bến Tre, Vĩnh Long, & Cần Thơ)
