JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsibility for assisting todevelop & implement E- Commerce commercial strategy and activities tosupport E- commerce business growth in Vietnam, including Cross- Border andDomestic businesses. This includes driving digital sales E- commerce, developingstrategic initiatives for growth and managing strategic partner relationshipsfor long term success. The primary responsibility of this role will be to focuson Shopee or TikTok shop
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supportmanaging Shopee or TikTok shop channels for healthy snacks brands and products
Supportperformance and key contribution to total EC business.
Acquiresan understanding of the local market and uses this knowledge to accelerate theperformance of Commercial Executions.
Executethe commercial plan to unleash growth in sales
Managesales operation
Closemonitor the inventory of warehouse and optimize the accuracy of forecast withsupply chain.
Managedigital marketing within platforms or cross- platforms to create 360- degreeconsumer engagement campaigns.
Supportdata mining with access to customer data to find business opportunities andadapt business plans accordingly.
Arrange
and manage regular business reviews and manage relevant commercial
relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Mustbe good at English (both speaking and writing).
Weare looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solidexperience (2- 5 years) of e- commerce, experience on Shopee, Lazada or TikTokshop is preferred.
Self- motivatedwith drive, passion and high integrity; unlimited ambition is welcome!
Outgoingand open- minded.
Beefficient and pleasant in working with others.
Results- orientedand desiring for personal growth and achievement
Fastlearner and committed to excellence
University/ College degree highly preferred
Good
understanding of e- commerce landscape in Vietnam.
