JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE:
This role is for a
strategic influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
passionate and results- oriented KOL Specialist who will develop and execute
growth. You will identify and collaborate with micro, macro, mega, and
engaging content that resonates with the target audience. You will draft
celebrity KOLs across various platforms, particularly TikTok, to create
scripts, negotiate contracts, coordinate with the E- commerce team, and manage
all aspects of the KOL relationship to ensure successful campaign execution and
brand synergy.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
endorsement options, making lists, and executing for micro, macro, mega and
even celebrity KOL for the brand
Proposing
Making
script and KOL guidance for project purposes according to sales team needs
Manage
negotiating & closing deals.
internal stakeholders&039; needs and have worked with digital agencies whilst
letter of agreement including base fee, commissioning rate and other terms
Making
corresponding to project details
with KOL for making User Generated Content by sales- driven videos or posts
Coordinate
Do
endorsement and marketing synergy needs and processes, and to manage contents
collaboration & campaign, and coordinate with E- commerce team to meet
Maintain
relationships and partnership with KOLs and agencies.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
be good at English (both speaking and writing).
Must
minimum 1 year of working experience in KOL coordinating and briefing with
Micro, Macro, or Mega KOL in Indonesian market, TikTok platform preferred
Has
and snacks enthusiast and have a strong sense of food & beverage content
