JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to implement customer care programs periodically.
Work with stakeholders on paperwork for quotes, and contracts, checking service acceptance, issuing invoices and related documents to customers/Creators/Suppliers.
Coordinate with accountants on payment procedures and debts.
Receive, update customer information, and manage customer data information.
In charge of managing parcels & responding to stakeholders on variety of channels
Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Make detailed revenue reports weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly, ensuring business data and debt and revenue data for each Brand
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, ... or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to call to action quickly grasp diverse tasks and work under pressure
Detail- oriented, problem- solving, negotiation skills, ability to create good relationships.
At least 1 year of hands- on experience in Finance/Accounting or Operations
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Eager to learn, interested in exploring knowledge, new tools, and new technology.
