JOB DESCRIPTION
Place orders with suppliers according to company requirements, and monitor supplier price
Store and arrange documents
Update and manage supplier records, orders, contracts.
Periodically report on purchasing status and related work to management (when requested).
Enter documents, process invoices, and data into software
Check and review purchase contracts with suppliers to ensure reasonableness and compliance with company regulations.
Check and reconcile debts with suppliers, make payment procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor import progress (if any), ensure delivery on time and in quantity.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification and experience:
Good coordination and internal communication skills.
Careful, honest, responsible in work.
Education: College degree or higher, major in Accounting or related fields.
Experience: At least 01 year of experience in a similar position.
Know how to use MISA accounting software.
Skills: Proficient in office software (Word, Excel).
Nice to have:
Proactive, takes initiatives, and works independently.
Skills: Multi- tasking, Time- management, Communication, Creative.
Strong result- orientation and ability to execute

Phối hợp với team livestream production để lên định hướng nội dung, concept và kịch bản để chuẩn bị cho các buổi livestream hoặc các video phục vụ bán hàng

REQUIREMENTS
Yêu cầu hoạt ngôn, sẽ được đào đạo kiến thức, linh hoạt ngôn từ, giao tiếp tốt, xử lý tình huống nhanh và độc lập;
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quay video, chỉnh video bằng capcut, tiktok,…
Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ livestream;
Có kinh nghiệm livestream bán hàng. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm livestream bán hàng ngành mỹ phẩm, sức khỏe và làm đẹp; hàng tiêu dùng nhanh.
Ngoại hình sáng, da đẹp; có chất giọng dễ nghe, thu hút, dẫn dắt người xem; tự tin trước ống kính;
