The Maritime Vietnam team is looking for outgoing candidates with a passion for business development, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, have a bias for action, and have a deep commitment to growth and learning. You will be working with a local and regional BD team, and thus will have opportunities to be trained and mentored by experienced Business Developers. This is a full- time 6- month.
What you do as a Business Development Intern
Provide administrative and logistical support, including organizing meetings and conference calls with potential partners, staff, and within the BD team
Assist, execute new sales and marketing plans for key accounts
Identify, research and generate leads in the field of coastal resilience, maritime and port, offshore wind farm development, and so on
Organize and maintain a CRM network
Support Marketing & Branding campaigns
Support Tender and Proposal preparation
Edit, proofread, translate documents, and prepare simple graphics
Conduct background research on competitors, countries, projects, donor priorities and funding, and other BD specific information

The working location is our Ho Chi Minh Office: 6th Floor, Vista Tower, 628C Hanoi Highway, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

What you bring
You are in the final year of your university or a recent graduate. Preferable majors are Business Administration, Brand Management, Business English, Business Law, Logistics or Transportation.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Enthusiastic and eager to learn new things
Candidates must feel comfortable working on fast- track large scale projects in an international organization
Good English skills
Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities and take initiative
