JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Trading Manager, you will be a leader of the Trade team. Your responsibilities will be driving growth and developing long- term relationships with the assigned clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Up to date with the regulations regarding trades and regulatory affairs for product importation and exportation.
Keep track of price information and market fluctuations.
Conduct market research to give precise and adequate information to the other teams and the Country Manager upon request.
Develop an effective and highly productive team to deliver the services at the best level.
Coordinate with departments, and solve problems (if have) that arise during the shipment.
Participate in recruitment process for Trade team
Finding and creating good relationships with suppliers and vendors for IOR, Supplier Search, Business facilitation, Tradings, Product registration.
Developing standard operating procedures for delivery of importer of record, product registration, market research, business connection.
Give accurate advice to the sales team to work with clients in services relating to Trade Teams.
Searching for partner units, agents abroad.
Never fail to fully fill at least 50% of the target for each item specified in the OKRs approved by the Country Manager every quarter. Train, and supervise delivery team members.
WORKING HOURS: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM VN Time, Mon- Fri (District 1 Ho Chi Minh City)
REQUIREMENTS
Must- have
Ready to learn, understand and strictly comply with the company&039;s service delivery standards, process and rules.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administrator and similar relevant field.
Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable.
Thrive for results- a limit/boundary breaker.
Understand International Trade, export process, export documents.
Solid English communication skills, both speaking and writing.
Fully computer literate (MS Office’s proficient user). Understand International Trade, expo
